This section of our site highlights local people in the immediate community and their goals, achievements, expectations, and, progress.

Our purpose is to keep local residents informed of the local community, its people, and, the activities they are involved with.

How It Works

We call this section "Follow Up" because we are going to show progress in the people that we feature.  We actually 'follow up' with how these individuals continue to make a positive contributions and progress.

We are publishing stories about local people of interest that make up this immediate community.  Entrepreneurs, Athletes, Historical figures,  Businesss Leaders, and, other contributors provide us with very interesting stories about themselves that otherwise would not be told.

Timeframe

'Follow Up' targets stories of interesting people of the present and near past (within the last 5 years).  For example, we feel that a student athlete might expect to have a good season in sports.  We'll not only document their starting point, we'll also follow that athletes progress throughout a season.

This type of information provides local residents with a means to keep up with such interesting people.  Perhaps the athlete will exceed their personal goals and expectations for the year.  After five years of tracking, we'll aim to continue to follow that persons progress on another service called "Yesteryear".

How To Submit a Profile

This service starts with the interesting persons profile.  A profile can be submitted by completing the form below (see below).  We will review the profile and determine if a personal interview for more information is required.  At that point, a decision will be made as to the type and place of the profiles posting.

Profiles are linked in several places within sections of our website pertaining to our 'Follow Up' concept.  This helps our readers to find intersting content quickly and learn about the progress of interesting people (i.e. during a season, or career, etc.).
