Local Easy Exhange (peer-to-peer exchange system)

LEE (Local Easy Exchange) is a local method of exchange between local residents for goods and services. No cash is utilized. Residents simply negotiate their own values of goods and services between each other. They make their own delivery/exchange arrangements. And, they each are responsible for reporting applicable transaction and income tax information. Local Computerized Services, LLC or any of its representatives will not be responsible for reporting of taxes for such transactions.

Individual Membership Webpages

Members subscribe to TMS (Tour Main Street) at a special rate of only $25 per year. They will submit a listing of goods & services for local exchange, which will be posted on their individually assigned webpage. Fellow members will have access to all LEE webpages in order to view and participate in local deals. Webpages can be updated quarterly.

Exchange Arrangements

LEE members will make seamless arrangements directly between themselves (without third party involvement) by means of their member webpages. This is purely a peer-to-peer arrangement between members of this service. LEE members do not sell to the general public. Exchanges are made with fellow LEE members only.

Referral System

Your first year is FREE with 3 referrals. Please identify your 3 paying referrals (new LEE memberships) on your initial application and receive your first year membership for FREE.

LEE memberships are $25 annually. Residents that are local (according to the definition of this site) can join by completing the membership form below (see below). TMS marketing services (and applicable rates) are also available to LEE members. We will repond to all qualified applicants. DO Not pay for your membership until your application is accepted.
